Printing in Reverse Order

If your printer stacks your printed sheets face down in the output tray, you can stop reading right now, because your printer already puts your printed sheets in the proper order. Otherwise, read on.

When you print your presentation, PowerPoint prints your slides starting with the first one. If your printer isnt like the one described above, you have to take the printed sheets and rearrange them, unless you tell PowerPoint to print your presentation starting with the last slide.

To do that, just go to the Print dialog box (select Print from the File menu). In the Slides field in the Print Range area, enter the range of slide numbers you want to print, but in reverse order. (So if you want to print, say, a fifty-slide presentation, enter 50-1.) Then print your presentation.
