About Signatures

You can use an e-mail signature to add, um, your name to messages automatically, so you don't have to type it every time. Your signature can include not only your name, but your job title, phone number, and other information as well.

You can use a signature to add boilerplate text to the bottom of your messages.

You can create multiple signatures, and select a signature to insert in a message after you've created it.
