Working with Mail |
When you use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor, you can use a theme (basically the same thing as stationery in Outlook) to give your messages a distinctive look.
Here's how to set up a default theme:
In Outlook, open a new message using Word as your e-mail editor.
In the new message, select Options from the Tools menu.
Click the General tab.
Click E-mail Options.
Click the Personal Stationery tab.
Click Theme.
In the Choose a Theme list, click the name of a theme.
Select the check boxes for any other options you want.
Click OK three times.
