Sharing Rules

You can share your rules with other Outlook users so long as you have the Rules Wizard installed. In the wizard choose Options, then Export to create a .RWZ file with all your rules in it. Send that file to another Outlook user who has the Rules Wizard installed. The recipient can choose Options, then Import to add your rules to theirs.
