Setting Sensitivity Levels for Messages

You can set a sensitivity level for any message you send. In the message you want to mark, click the Options button on the toolbar. Click the option you want in the sensitivity box. Marking a message private prevents anyone (including you) from modifying it after you send it.

The Options button on the toolbar in Outlook 2003, using Word as e-mail editor.

To mark all messages you send with the same sensitivity level, select Options from Outlook's Tools menu, click the Preferences tab, click E-Mail Options, click Advanced E-Mail Options, and select the sensitivity level you want in the Set sensitivity box.
