Delaying Delivery of a Message

You can tell Outlook to delay delivery of a message. So if the boss tells you Monday morning to send her an e-mail on Thursday to remind her about something, you can compose and send the message now, then forget about it, knowing that Outlook will send the message but not before you actually want it to go.

In the message you want to delay, click the Options toolbar button. Select the Do not deliver before check box, then enter a delivery date and time. Your message waits in your Outbox until its time to go out. This feature is available only with Microsoft Exchange Server.
