Use e-mail to poll people and let Outlook keep track of the results for you with the Voting Buttons feature. This makes it easy for you to ask others what they think, and easy for them to respond.
To do it, just create a message. In the message window, click the Options toolbar button. Select the Use voting buttons check box, then select the voting button names you want to use from the list.
What if the options you want to give people to choose from aren't on the list?
You can create your own voting button names. Just type them in. Separate the choices with semicolons, like this:
Small;Large;Extra Large.
