Outlook's Preview Pane lets you view the content of a message without actually opening it.
Using the Preview Pane, you can look over a lot of messages in a little time, picking out the ones you really need to open from the ones you don't.
To display the Preview Pane, just select Preview Pane from the View menu. The Preview Pane will open at the bottom of the screen.
